Matt_Smith_quoteScotwork distinguishes itself by systematically measuring client satisfaction and the return on investment clients report as a result of attending the Scotwork Program. We have been measuring this since 1991. This latest summary covers the survey period from 1 January 2008 and 1 July 2010. In that period, Scotwork received responses to our three-month follow-up survey from over 450 Australian participants who had attended either and Open or a One-Company Program in the previous three months. This represents a response rate of over 45% of all participants over that time.
