Advanced Negotiating Skills - Course Fees

The Scotwork Advanced Negotiating Skills program is offered in both Open (public) progams for individuals, and tailored in-house programs for organisations and teams.

 

 

Open (public) programs for individuals


In Australia, we offer regular Open programs across capital cities. This format is ideal for individuals, or where it is not possible for groups of 12 members of your team to be in training in the same week, or where organisations wish to trial the program before a roll-out across the team.

Many of our participants also enjoy the opportunity to work with people from other backgrounds, roles and organisations. We only accept up to three people from each organisation onto each Public course, to ensure that a diverse mix of people and job roles.


We take a maximum of 12 participants, so just like the in-house programs, the 6:1 participant to tutor ratio provides for plenty of personal skills analysis, and you will spend 80% of your time in practical activities.

 

The 2012 Australian course fee per person is $4,250 plus GST, including course materials and lunch, morning and afternoon teas for the duration of the program.

In-house programs for organisations

 

With our in-house training, we work with you to select the most appropriate dates for courses, find an appropriate venue (typically off-site) and we put programs together focussed around your organisation's key negotiating issues and goals. We get to know your business beforehand so that the skills coaching on the program is directed towards your group's key challenges, and where necessary relates to their terminology and business systems.

As well as providing intensive and practical negotiating skills development and an impactful change to behaviour for the groups, this format provides a great team-building opportunity. We can even work with you to deliver a residential (live-in) program which gives your team even more time to discuss negotiating issues with our consultants after hours in a relaxed setting.

 

The 2012 Australian course fee for an in-house program for up to 12 participants, delivered by two of our experienced consultants across one evening and two and a half days, is $37,500 plus GST, plus the cost of a suitable venue, plus travel and accommodation for two consultants if required.
