Most of us negotiate every day, whether we realise it or
not.
Whether it is the day to day internal organisational conflicts
over resources, deadlines or performance targets, or the more
formal external negotiations over supply contracts, sales,
employment or commercial agreements, negotiating is a core
competency for most professionals.
Building the skills to efficiently, effectively and ethically
reach agreements saves time and money, can substantially lift
productivity, reduces conflict, and supports better, stronger long
term relationships.

Scotwork's Advanced Negotiating Skills program, the global gold
standard in negotiating skills training, provides genuine
skills development by showing you a simple process to
manage your negotiations ("The 8 Steps"), and then by giving you
practical skills coaching to help you remove any "weak stokes" from
your techniques in a safe environment. It's intensive, challenging
but also great fun. You'll leave with immediately applicable new
skills and the confidence to negotiate better agreements for you
and your organisation, in less time.
We offer regular Open (public) programs in Advanced Negotiation
Skills program across Australia. Our Open Course participants enjoy
the opportunity to work with people from other backgrounds, roles
and organisations. We only accept up to three people from each
organisation onto each Open course, to ensure that a diverse mix of
people is represented.
This format is also appropriate for larger teams where it is not
possible for groups of 12 members of one company to be in training
in the same week, or if organisations wish to trial the program
before a roll-out across the business.
