SCOTWORK STRATEGIC NEGOTIATING

Go beyond the single deal to master strategic negotiation. Whether you need to negotiate within strategic guidelines or manage teams of negotiators, this course equips you for the bigger picture.

Everything you have been taught so far focuses on what happens within the negotiating room. Here you study the wider context. You examine behaviours to decide which strategy to adopt. You use analytics to steer a path through complex negotiations. And you learn how to skilfully plan and prepare your teams in advance and how to debrief them effectively.

This course is for people who have completed the Advancing Negotiation Skills 1 course and want to develop their abilities to strategic level and manage negotiation teams.

The public course fee is $5,105+GST per place. If you book and pay 8 weeks from the course date you receive the early bird rate of 10% off ($4,850+GST).
