ADVANCING NEGOTIATION SKILLS

Discover and develop negotiation skills in an interactive and fun learning environment. Here you study the typical patterns of how negotiations are managed and conflicts resolved. You work through eight live case-plays to get to grips with live-action negotiation. And you practice proven techniques for sidestepping negotiation pitfalls and striking the best possible deal.

All of this and more is delivered in one evening and two-and-a-half days of intensive negotiation skills training. And with only 12 participants per course you receive individual attention from our two expert tutors.

The public course fee is $4,500+GST per place. If you book and pay 8 weeks from the course date you receive the early bird rate of 5% off ($4,275+GST).

It can’t be all about me!

I was recently in a negotiation where the issues were quite controversial and the conversation quickly became emotionally charged. Of course, it didn’t take long at this point for the various stakeholders to dig-in and vigorously defend their positions… needless to say that this wasn’t very conducive to negotiating an outcome. However, it was amazing how quickly the tension lessened once the focus was shifted from me to them...
