As we will be discussing strategic commercial issues, we make every effort to ensure that we have a broad industry representation and no direct industry competitors. Therefore, our policy on each workshop is that once a vendor in each industry has registered, we will not accept additional bookings from other vendors within that industry.
Our ANS program provides a tactical process framework and develops personal negotiating skill. However, our Leading Strategic Negotiations workshop extends this further through looking at the strategic alignment of negotiations and also introduces a new set of checklists, tools and process maps.
