Master strategic alignment between your organisation and negotiation goals

This highly practical and intensive one-day workshop will provide experienced negotiators with the skills to tackle complex, multi-party negotiations and is ideal for Scotwork ANS alumnus who: 

  • Have a role in setting the organisation’s strategic objectives 
  • Implement the organisation’s high level strategy 
  • Manage multiple negotiators and negotiating teams 
  • Are involved in high stakes negotiations which affect, or are affected by, the organisation’s strategic objectives 

As we will be discussing strategic commercial issues, we make every effort to ensure that we have a broad industry representation and no direct industry competitors. Therefore, our policy on each workshop is that once a vendor in each industry has registered, we will not accept additional bookings from other vendors within that industry.

Our ANS program provides a tactical process framework and develops personal negotiating skill. However, our Leading Strategic Negotiations workshop extends this further through looking at the strategic alignment of negotiations and also introduces a new set of checklists, tools and process maps.
