Our popular half day Negotiation Skills Fishbowl workshop will help you:

• Negotiate better agreements, faster: Gain the skills and confidence to secure more favourable outcomes while preserving valuable relationships.
• Improve internal communication: Develop a common language and framework for negotiation, leading to increased efficiency and fewer escalated issues.

WHAT IS A NEGOTIATION SKILLS FISHBOWL?

• Scotwork's Negotiation Skills Fishbowl workshop is a half-day introductory event.
• We'll cover key negotiation concepts and how to prepare effectively for negotiations/meetings.
• All participants then prepare in groups of 3's for a 3v3 buyer vs. seller negotiation.
• We then select 1 group of sellers and 1 group of buyers to go into the fishbowl (a room nearby) to negotiate whilst being streamed live to the main room.
• We then record the negotiation and review the video with the participants to highlight key learning points.
• It’s intense, hands-on, exciting and insightful
